How much is the onboard WIFI service?
WIFI service is $2.99 for 2 hours, per device.

Will I need to pay for WIFI again if I close or restart my computer?
No, each device will be able to access the service for 2 hours.

What do you mean that “bandwidth may be limited”?
Each device is allotted a certain amount of bandwidth, which should allow for ordinary use, including streaming, but may prohibit some data intensive activities like high definition streaming.

Why are you charging for this service?
There are significant monthly support and carrier costs to run this service. We are offering this service at a nominal fee to help cover the recurring costs.

Why don’t you offer other payment/duration plans?
This is a pilot program. We may offer additional plans in the future if more boats are outfitted with the equipment.

Can I use Rewards Points or my Captain’s Cards to pay for WIFI?
We can only accept credit card payments at this time.
