Reservation Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:
  • It is strongly recommended that you arrive at our ferry dock at least 30 minutes in advance of departure, please allow ample time for unanticipated traffic delays, parking, issuance of tickets and boarding the ferry.

  • Tickets must be issued 10 minutes prior to your scheduled sailing time or your space will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS RULE.

  • Your reservation confirmation, along with a photo ID, must be presented at our ticket office in order for tickets to be issued.

  • Pets allowed in approved pet carriers only- no leashes.

  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued, minus a $2.00 processing fee per ticket, per direction, for all cancellations made two calendar days or more prior to sailing date. For cancellations less than two calendar days prior to sailing date, refunds will be issued minus a $4.00 processing fee per ticket, per direction. Refunds will not be issued after the date and time of departure.

  • Change Policy: Changes to departure dates or times should be made at least two calendar days prior to sailing date. Changes to departure dates or times made less than two calendar days prior to sailing date through the close of business of the sailing date are allowed minus a $2.00 processing fee per ticket, per direction.

  • All un-used reservations or tickets will expire at the close of every season, when the last scheduled departure leaves Block Island. Refunds will be honored prior to the last scheduled departure time. All refunds will incur a processing fee according to the Cancellation Policy.

  • In accordance with Department of Homeland Security Regulations, intoxicated or disorderly persons are considered security risks and will be denied passage and/or arrested.
